Early morning swim Cushendun A3 print

This is my view each morning as I make my way down to the sea to meet up with a fabulous group of Early Birds for our swim before the working day begins.

There’s something very special about that little journey.  Following the path from Glenmona  through the grass, with the sea waiting ahead.
Then comes the cold dip into the clear water, the laughter, the craic and the familiar faces who make getting into the cold cold  sea somehow that bit easier.

For a short while, before work and everyday life takes over, there is simply sea, friendship, fresh air and good company.
